stressed and choosing the best good for health body such as milk, apple,
banana, honey. Then the author clime “Fermented foods provide
probiotics that aid digestion and more. Having an intestinal flora microbial
balance of 80 percent to 20 percent healthy bacteria to pathogenic bacteria is
vital for even more than good digestion. It's an important part of our immune
system. In my view this information was surprising me, I’d expected that all
microbial were dangerous. On the other hand, I agree with author to the health
foods are remarkable for the body. In particular, author provides ways for
people the search for good way to get the healthy food, such as natural and
energy foods that help the person to develop his health. In addition, the
article was helpful to me because it sight me how I can improve me health, but
I would like to now more about the kind of food I have focus a bout. Yes the
author mentions that. However, that is not enough. I need more.
